Describe Your Design

• Clearly explain the design you would like us to create. Include all elements, colors, text, or other details you wish to see in your design.

Upload Images (Optional)

• If you already have a design, please upload the file.
• If you need a new design, you may upload reference images to help us understand your desired style.

Order Processing

• After receiving your form, you will be contacted via Garari’s official email. Our designer will then reach out to discuss your custom T-shirt design.

Pricing

• Pricing depends on the fabric type, print size, and complexity of the design. Please note that custom designs start from INR 800.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Work on your design begins after pre-payment is made.
• If you cancel while the design is in progress, 75% of the amount will be refunded (as a designer has already been allocated).
• All custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or printing errors, which will be replaced.

Design Approval Process

• We follow a step-by-step process. Design drafts will be sent to you for approval, and printing will only proceed once you approve the final version.

Turnaround Time

• Creating a custom design takes time and cannot be processed on an urgent basis. Please allow sufficient time for completion.

Design File Policy

• All designs shared for review will have a watermark and be sent as a low-resolution JPEG file.
• These files must not be shared, distributed, or used elsewhere.
• The approved design will be printed exclusively for you and will not be produced for other customers. However, Garari reserves the right to create other designs with similar styles or patterns for different clients.

Content Guidelines

• We reserve the right to reject any offensive, derogatory, or copyright-infringing content.
• The customer is solely responsible for the content submitted. Garari assumes no responsibility for any offense caused by the requested design.
