At Garari, we value your trust and want to ensure complete transparency in our policies. Since all our t-shirts are custom-made to order, we follow a clear and fair return and refund process. Please read carefully before placing your order:

1. No Returns

As each product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.

2. Exchanges (Damaged/Defective Products Only)

We take great care in quality checks and packaging. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of damage (e.g., photographs) will be required.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:

  • If your order is not delivered due to an error on our end (e.g., lost in transit).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect details provided at checkout
